Job Description

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

Job Qualifications and Criteria

  • Candidate must be a B.Sc. graduate with either of the following discipline: Business Administration, Marketing Or any other related course.
  • Candidate must reside in Lagos; close proximity to Maryland is an advantage.
  • Candidate must have IT experience and must have worked in a Fintech/ IT Company
  • Must have proven track record in strong presentation skills.
  • Should have strong research and strategic analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to operate Microsoft suite and associated programs.
  • Must be socially adept.
  • Good with numbers.
  • Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales people.
  • Strong communication and IT fluency.
  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Skill in prioritising and triaging obligations.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organisation.
