Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term business development and marketing strategy.
- Drive sales growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders across various industries.
- Oversee and optimize sales pipeline management for both new and existing clients.
- Provide market insights on pricing, service offerings, and competitive positioning.
- Lead and mentor the Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to exceed set targets.
- Monitor industry trends, providing thought leadership to position the company ahead of competitors.
- Collaborate with internal eams to shape product development strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 8 years post-NYSC experience, with at least 6 years in Sales and Business Development.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in a BDM leadership role.
- Strong expertise in marketing principles, competitive analysis, and sales enablement tools.
