Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
- Set company and individual sales forecasts in line with the company 5 year growth plan.
- Lead and Inspire: Build and manage a high-performing team of business development executives, working with them to achieve outbound activity and sales targets within the Food Retail/Hospitality sector.
- Grow Key Accounts: Expand and nurture existing customer accounts in the Retail and Hospitality sector, setting the stage for ongoing revenue and future CSM-grade customers.
- Build New Accounts – Proactively develop high-value new business from current non-spenders and secure long-term contracts/agreements.
- Strategic Focus: Collaborate directly with team to craft innovative business development strategies and tactics to achieve rapid growth in this sector
- Results-Driven: Monitor and report on your personal and team’s achievements, to ensure we build a sales machine that consistently delivers.
- This includes preparing and presenting regular sales reports, forecasts and performance metrics to senior management
Requirements
- BSc Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Development
- Must have 4 – 5 years of experience in business Development, preferably in a quick-service restaurant
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager.
