Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
- The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for real estate, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in business development within the Abuja real estate market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, real estate agents, and other industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, growth areas, and investment opportunities in the Abuja real estate market.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring maximum profitability and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to management.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Abuja real estate market, including property types, pricing, and key players.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
