Business Development Manager
Job Summary
- The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and forging high-value partnerships.
- You’ll work closely with leadership to identify strategic opportunities, develop key relationships, and close deals that align with our mission and long-term vision.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to grow the company’s footprint in existing and new markets.
- Identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships that foster repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts and close commercial deals with a strong focus on value creation.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2).
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, and hands-on experience in sales of technical products and services
- Demonstrated success in generating leads, converting opportunities, and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of market research, business strategy, and financial modeling.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proven track record in business development and sales strategies.
