Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic business development and marketing plans
- Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Enhance the firm’s visibility, manage PR and social media presence
- Develop marketing materials, pitch templates, and proposals
- Monitor industry trends and lead innovative growth initiatives
- Represent the firm at industry events and collaborate with key stakeholders
- Manage CRM, submissions to legal directories, and internal training
Requirements
- Degree in Law, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (2:1 or above)
- Minimum 5 years of BD / Marketing experience in professional services (law firm preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven success in achieving business development targets
- Strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and digital fluency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM tools
- Must be ready to work in Lekki.
Salary
