Job Description
- We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales and market expansion in the solar PV and BESS space. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the C&I sector, EPC partnerships, and government energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and meet revenue targets
- Build strategic relationships with EPCs, developers, and government agencies
- Identify market opportunities and lead expansion efforts
- Recruit and manage a high-performing BD team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; MBA is a plus
- 10+ years in sales, with 5+ in the solar industry
- Strong industry network and proven sales success
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
