- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across supermarkets, wholesalers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
- Drive product penetration in Lagos and surrounding markets through structured market mapping and route-to-market execution.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads and active accounts.
- Execute the company’s sales strategy across B2B, B2C, and reseller channels.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, volume commitments, and supply terms with key accounts.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Develop reseller and distributor partnerships, including onboarding, pricing structures, and performance tracking.
- Support white-labelling and export-related partnerships where applicable.
- Work closely with logistics and operations teams to align supply with demand.
