Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
  • Promote and sell company properties to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
  • Conduct site inspections, property tours, and presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to management to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in sales (experience in real estate will be an added advantage).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong networking and client relationship management skills.
