Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Promote and sell company properties to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
- Conduct site inspections, property tours, and presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide market insights and feedback to management to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Proven experience in sales (experience in real estate will be an added advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong networking and client relationship management skills.
