- UNICCON Institute of Technology is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to lead our sales efforts in the tech training sector.Â
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and a passion for education technology.
- This role involves driving sales of our tech training programs, developing and executing strategic business plans, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for tech training programs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tech training sector.
- Lead the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the tech training industry.
- Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for growth.
- Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Manage and mentor a team of business development associates and sales representatives.
- Set performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the product development team to gather feedback and improve training offerings.
- Coordinate with the customer support team to address client issues and enhance service delivery.
Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and tactics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
