Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through client engagement, market research, and networking.
  • Develop proposals and presentations to attract new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Support the preparation of bids and tenders in collaboration with the Business Development team.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring professional communication and excellent service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement, satisfaction checks, and proactive support.
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to address client needs, manage receivables, and support rate or contract reviews.
  • Conduct periodic service and performance reviews to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Contribute to brand visibility through social media updates, newsletters, and public relations activities.
  • Recommend recognition for outstanding guards and assist with corporate gift distribution.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Executive Management.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 – 7 years experience. 

Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
