Job brief
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth, build relationships, and expand the company’s client base.
- The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company’s products and services to achieve set targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across assigned markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Develop and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Achieve sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Provide feedback from clients and the market to support product and service development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of solid Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, in the Health sector.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Not more than 28years of age.
