Business Development Executive
Role Overview:
- We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Business Development Officer to secure B2B contracts across sectors such as hospitality, retail, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, persistent, and skilled in networking and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities.
- Develop proposals and presentations to secure contracts.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and drive renewals/upsells.
- Execute sales strategies and track performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Respond to client inquiries and maintain effective communication.
KPIs:
- Partner engagement and responsivenes.
- Promotional effectiveness

- Market research and trend analysis
Requirements:
- BA/BSc in Business Management or related field (postgraduate/professional qualification is a plus).
- Minimum 2 years in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales.
- Experience in B2B client management and partnerships.
