Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the upstream oil & gas market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the BDM by handling over qualified leads and supporting deal closure.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Petroleum Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in business development within the upstream oil and gas sector.
  • Strong understanding of exploration, production operations, and the energy market landscape.
  • Demonstrated track record of securing contracts and managing high-value partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
