Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the upstream oil & gas market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company objectives.
- Collaborate with the BDM by handling over qualified leads and supporting deal closure.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Petroleum Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in business development within the upstream oil and gas sector.
- Strong understanding of exploration, production operations, and the energy market landscape.
- Demonstrated track record of securing contracts and managing high-value partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
