Business Development Executive

Summary

  • We are expanding our impact in the education and training space and are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive partnerships with schools and enhance our training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand House of Tara’s schools and training programs.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with schools, institutions, and training partners.
  • Promote our programs through presentations, events, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate partnerships to achieve revenue and enrollment targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Represent House of Tara at industry events, exhibitions, and stakeholder engagements.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client relations (experience in education/training sector is a strong advantage).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed business targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • A self-starter with excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
