Business Development Executive
Summary
- We are expanding our impact in the education and training space and are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive partnerships with schools and enhance our training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand House of Tara’s schools and training programs.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with schools, institutions, and training partners.
- Promote our programs through presentations, events, and direct outreach.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate partnerships to achieve revenue and enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Represent House of Tara at industry events, exhibitions, and stakeholder engagements.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client relations (experience in education/training sector is a strong advantage).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed business targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
- A self-starter with excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
