Business Development Executive

Job Scope:

  • The Business Development Executive is responsible for supporting the business development team in identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience, especially from a banking or financial services background, who are eager to expand their careers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Assist in conducting market research to analyze industry trends.
  • Support the development and maintenance of client relationships.
  • Participate in meetings and follow up on client inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Coordinate meetings and organize sales documentation.
  • Update and manage client information in the CRM system.
  • Monitor industry developments and share relevant insights.
  • Represent the company at networking and promotional events.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Business Development Lead.

Desired Skills:

  • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Foundational knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development principles.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a basic understanding of CRM tools and data entry processes.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer relationship roles, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
