Brand & Marketing Officer
AXA OneHealth is looking for a highly skilled and creative Brand & Marketing Officer to join our growing team. This role is for a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, someone who can translate ideas into impactful campaigns, strengthen our brand identity, and drive engagement across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies that strengthen AXA OneHealth’s market positioning.
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
- Lead content development-social media, campaigns, newsletters, and brand assets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Drive creative direction across brand communication materials.
- Support product and service marketing initiatives across our medical centers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 4–6 years relevant experience in brand, marketing, or communications (healthcare experience is a plus).
- Strong storytelling, creative strategy, and content development skills.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and campaign analytics.
- Ability to think critically, work independently, and deliver under tight timelines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
