Role Description

• The Bookstore Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with book selections, processing transactions, managing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance.
• Responsibilities also include organizing events such as book signings and readings, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the bookstore on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience in inventory management and organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Passion for books and reading
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms is a plus.
