Job Description

  • Lekki Miami Resorts Ltd is searching for a results-driven, proactive, and innovative Hotel and Resort Manager to take our beachside property to new heights.Â
  • This role isn’t just about running a resort—it’s about attracting and retaining clients through strategic marketing, exceptional service, and seamless operations.Â
  • A key responsibility is actively identifying and securing new clients, from corporate bookings to exclusive events, while driving revenue growth. This position offers an exciting earning potential based on commissions, alongside a competitive base salary.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing and Client Acquisition:

  • Building partnerships with corporate organizations, event planners, and tour operators to increase group bookings and events.
  • Launch and manage social media campaigns, promotional offers, and advertising initiatives to attract a diverse clients.
  • Showcase the resort’s unique features through high-quality content, events, and media engagements on our social media platforms.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee all resort departments (housekeeping, F&B, front office, maintenance, etc.) to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage budgets and track financial performance, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.

Guest Experience:

  • Elevate guest satisfaction by promptly addressing feedback and innovating service offerings.

  • Introduce personalization programs that make each guest feel valued and more likely to return.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service while improving collaboration within the team.

  • Conduct performance reviews and support professional growth for team members.

Event Management:

  • Plan and coordinate events, including weddings, conferences, and retreats, ensuring each event enhances the resort’s reputation and revenue.

QualificationsÂ

  • Candidates should a Bachelor’s DegreeÂ
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in a related field.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing, advertising, and client acquisition strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Some expertise in financial management and operational efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Conduct team briefings in order to align operations with daily goals.
  • Drive client acquisition through proactive outreach, meetings, and tours of the resort.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, analyze their performance, and refine strategies as needed.
  • Monitor guest reviews (on google) and implement ehancements to staff service improved guest experience.
  • Ensure the property remains pristine, functional, and event-ready.
  • Review financial reports and track performance against our revenue goals.Â
