Job Summary:

• We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Mixologist (Bar attendant). This position is open to candidates who may not have prior experience but are eager to learn. You will receive hands-on training in drink preparation, customer service, and general bar operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area.
• Restock bar supplies and ensure consistency in drink presentation.
• Attend to guests politely and provide excellent customer service.
• Learn and follow standard recipes and hotel procedures.
• Support daily bar operations and assist with inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
• Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A neat and professional appearance.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of beverages is an added advantage but not required.
