Your responsibilities

• Application Development & Maintenance
• You will participate in the full application lifecycle from planning to deployment, focusing on backend logic.
• You will write clean, maintainable code to develop functional, scalable web applications.
• You will troubleshoot and debug issues, proactively identifying areas for performance improvement.
• System Optimization & Integration
• You will perform UI performance tests and integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end engineers.
• You will manage and modernize legacy systems using cutting-edge technologies.
• You will build reusable code libraries for long-term efficiency.
• Collaboration & Support
• You will work closely with designers, developers, and system administrators to develop new features.
• You will gather and address technical and design requirements from stakeholders.
• You will provide internal teams with technical training and ongoing support.
• Continuous Improvement
• You will stay informed on emerging back-end technologies and best practices.
• You will contribute to architecture decisions and participate in technical reviews.

To be considered, you should have

• Proven work experience as a Back-end Developer, ideally with full project lifecycle exposure.
• In-depth understanding of web development processes including design, development, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages like Java and JavaScript.
• Solid grasp of API design, RESTful services, and server-side security best practices.
• Excellent analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
• A team-first attitude, paired with the ability to work independently.
• A BSc degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
