Your key responsibilities will include:

• Mastering the art of sourcing exceptional candidates via digital tools, professional networks, and industry engagement.
• Conducting insightful interviews and assessments to ensure perfect role alignment.
• Cultivating trusted, lasting partnerships with both clients and candidates.
• Managing the offer process and successfully closing placements.
• Owning the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle from initial search to final hire.
• Developing deep expertise within your assigned industry vertical.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ human resource/engineering/IT/mass comms or it’s  equivalent.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Min 1 year’s experience in sales, b2b, customer service, direct sales & field sales  experience
• Have strong interest in learning & development.
• Desire to build a career in consulting
• Proximity to Lekki Phase 1
