Assistant Warehouse Manager

As Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will:

  • Support the planning and execution of daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch).
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
  • Supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
  • Track turnaround time (TAT), order accuracy and productivity metrics.
  • Coordinate with logistics, data entry and procurement teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist in optimizing warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow efficiency.
  • Prepare daily and weekly operational reports and escalate issues promptly.

Must-Have for the position:

  • HND/ B.Sc in any related field
  • 3-4 years experience supervising a warehouse unit
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Verifiable leadership skills.
