Assistant Marketing Manager
Job Summary
- The Assistant Marketing Manager supports the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s products or services, enhance brand awareness, and drive sales growth.
- This role involves coordinating marketing activities, managing content, supporting market research, and ensuring smooth execution of promotional initiatives across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
- Support in managing the company’s brand presence across digital and offline platforms.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
- Oversee content creation for social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, preparing reports with insights and recommendations.
- Manage relationships with vendors, advertising agencies, and other external partners.
- Organize and coordinate events, exhibitions, sponsorships, and product launches.
- Support budget planning and track marketing expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in marketing or brand management.
- Experience with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is preferred.

- Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media management, SEO, email marketing, and content creation.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.

Salary
N500,000 – N600,000 monthly.
