Assistant Manager

Responsibilties

  • Assign and schedule tasks for specific employees and follow up on the result they generate.
  • Complete all the operational requirements of the store
  • Ensure customers needs are met, complaints resolved, and service is quick and efficient.
  • Ensure all product displayed are merchandized effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Driving sales, standards and growth within the store.
  • Building a strong rapport with the customers and employees.
  • Achieving all KPI’s and targets as directed by the management.
  • Leading, developing and motivating a large team of colleagues.
  • Ensuring all health and safety precautions are strictly adhered to.
  • Ensuring all standard operating procedures are adhered to at all times.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years work experience.
