Responsibilties
- Assign and schedule tasks for specific employees and follow up on the result they generate.
- Complete all the operational requirements of the store
- Ensure customers needs are met, complaints resolved, and service is quick and efficient.
- Ensure all product displayed are merchandized effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
- Driving sales, standards and growth within the store.
- Building a strong rapport with the customers and employees.
- Achieving all KPI’s and targets as directed by the management.
- Leading, developing and motivating a large team of colleagues.
- Ensuring all health and safety precautions are strictly adhered to.
- Ensuring all standard operating procedures are adhered to at all times.
Qualifications
