Assistant Human Resources Manager
Location: Ogijo, Ogun
Job Summary
- We are a manufacturing plant located in Ogijo and in need of an Assistant HR Manager. The ideal candidate must have worked or currently working in the manufacturing sector.
- The ideal candidate MUST have experience managing Manpower suppliers vendors
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding:Assisting with posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, preparing onboarding materials, and ensuring new hires complete necessary paperwork.
- Recordkeeping:Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, often using HR software or databases, and ensuring confidentiality.
- Payroll and benefits:Supporting payroll processing by verifying time records and assisting with the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Compliance:Helping to ensure the organization complies with labor laws and employment regulations, which includes updating HR policies and assisting with audits.
- Employee support:Serving as a point of contact for employee questions about HR policies, benefits, and other workplace concerns.
- Training and development:Coordinating training sessions, tracking participation, and ensuring training materials are current.
- Reporting:Assisting with the generation of HR reports on metrics like turnover rates and recruitment trends.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is often required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources is frequently needed for a management or assistant management role.
- Professional certifications suchmay be preferred.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
