Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned area.
Develop and implement area-specific sales plans aligned with company objectives.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, retail partners, and channels.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and recommend improvement actions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, salons, and beauty stores.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in stores.
