Job Summary
- The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the power or energy sector with deep market knowledge and a strong customer network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets in assigned territories.
- Manage and motivate the regional sales team to meet performance objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and distribution channels.
- Maintain relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Ensure effective execution of marketing and promotional activities in the region.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6 – 8 years experience in the power sector, preferably in inverter, battery, or solar product sales.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep market knowledge of the power products industry.
