Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the power or energy sector with deep market knowledge and a strong customer network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets in assigned territories.
  • Manage and motivate the regional sales team to meet performance objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and distribution channels.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Ensure effective execution of marketing and promotional activities in the region.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6 – 8 years experience in the power sector, preferably in inverter, battery, or solar product sales.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep market knowledge of the power products industry.
