Qualifications & Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5–15 years post-graduation professional experience, preferably within the construction or real estate development sector.
• Professional registration with ARCON will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review architectural designs, drawings, and specifications in line with project requirements and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, quantity surveyors, and site teams to ensure design integrity and effective project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor architectural compliance, quality, and progress.
• Ensure all designs comply with statutory regulations, building codes, and planning approvals.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural input throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material selections, and finishes.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong design, planning, and technical detailing skills.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Sound understanding of construction methods, materials, and site operations.
