Alumni Community Officer

Job Summary:

  • The primary responsibility of the Alumni Community Officer is to develop, coordinate, promote, and evaluate special events, programs, and projects for the FATE School alumni community, focusing on ensuring alumni members are effectively engaged and supporting post-programs at FATE Foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper coordination of alumni community programs, including townhall meetings, sector events, Business Outlook & AGM and Business Conference.
  • Manage alumni hub, including onboarding alumni members to the hub, enlisting on the marketplace and directory.
  • Ensure proper coordination of Alumni Executive Committee meetings.
  • Maintain alumni database to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Ensure alumni coordination of virtual and physical alumni visits.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in public administration, Economics or any relevant social science discipline from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in alumni relations and providing alumni support services within the non-profit or educational sector.
  • Proven experience in executing programs, coordinating meetings and events.
  • Very strong interest and passion for the non-profit or development sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with community engagement tools or CRM systems an added advantage.
