JOB SUMMARY

The school is currently searching for dedicated individuals to join our team as part of our administrative and admissions unit. Some of the responsibilities include managing daily school operations, maintaining accurate records, supporting the admission process, and ensuring efficient communication between the school, parents, and students.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update student and admission records (physical and Digital).
  • Oversee the admission and enrollment process, from inquiry to onboarding.
  • Conduct and coordinate student admission assessments.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to strengthen feeder school relationships and drive enrollment growth.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from parents, students, and prospective.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems for school documents and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents as required.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and office supplies to support daily operations.

Requirements:

  •  HND, BSC, in the field or any other related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 -3 years’ experience in an administrative or admission-related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace tools, and general office software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in record management.
