Responsibilities:
- General office administration.
- Preparation of management reports in graphs, tables, and charts.
- Provide HR support functions.
- Providing litigation support, including filing of processes in court and engagement with court staff.
Qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of OND from a reputable polytechnic.
- Minimum of 3 years’ working experience, preferably in a law firm.
- Ability to use basic IT tools such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Publisher.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem solving enthusiast.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
