Administrative Officer – Lekki
Key Responsibilities:
- Process member check-ins, handle payments, and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure space is fully prepped for training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records using Excel and CRM tools.
- Track attendance, client feedback, and revenue trends.
- Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
- Support digital marketing activities, including promotions and social media content.
- Propose practical improvements to boost member experience and operational flow.
- Help foster a warm, inclusive, and service-driven gym environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative, operations, or customer-facing roles — fitness or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and comfortable with tech tools.
- Strong communication (verbal/written), creativity, and people skills.
- Experience or interest in light digital marketing and community engagement.
- Leadership potential — ability to organize tasks, solve problems, and motivate others.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
