Administrative Officer

Responsibilities

  • Document new intakes, redeployments, disengagement/retirement
  • Assist with recruitment of guards, receive applications, screen & assess applicants.
  • Assist in conducting training programs.
  • Handle issuance of staff Identity Cards and opening of salary accounts
  • Take notes and minutes in meetings and submit same to the Head of Administration.
  • Maintain records (Electronic and hard copies) of staff Health Insurance and Pension Scheme.
  • Process documentation required for making pension claim
  • Handle staff disciplinary cases and make recommendations to the Head of Administration
  • Maintain database of Clients (client name, address, contact numbers, service provided, start date of contract, expiry date, number of guards, service fee rate)
  • Enforce the company Code of Conducts and ethics on all staff.
  • Prepare Staff Nominal roll and update it on regular basis.
  • Liaise with all staff on administrative issues.
  • Facilitate official trips for management staff.
  • Be assigned other ad-hoc duties as may be deemed necessary by the company.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / OND / Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 5 years work experience.
