 We are hiring an Admin Officer for a leading Printing Firm committed to excellence, innovation, and timely service delivery. This is an in-person role based in Abuja, requiring availability from Monday to Saturday, ideal for a reliable and proactive professional who values structure and results.

The Opportunity

As an Admin Officer, you will:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.
  • Manage documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Support HR, procurement, and logistics functions.
  • Handle scheduling, inventory tracking, and administrative procedures.
  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven Performer: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration or office management.
  • Dependable and Organized: Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability.

  • Available and Committed: Must be willing to work Mondays through Saturdays.
