Administrative Officer
Location: Lagos (Berger Axis)
Job Summary
The Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing efficient administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the company. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast-paced telecoms environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Handle office procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Support HR and finance departments with documentation and coordination.
- Coordinate staff travel, meetings, and company events.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails, letters, and phone calls).
- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Provide general support to managers and other departments as required.
Requirements
- HND/BSc in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 3–4 years proven experience in administrative or office management role (preferably in a telecommunications or technical environment).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
