Administrative Officer

Location: Lagos (Berger Axis)
Job Summary

The Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing efficient administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the company. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast-paced telecoms environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Handle office procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Support HR and finance departments with documentation and coordination.
  • Coordinate staff travel, meetings, and company events.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails, letters, and phone calls).
  • Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Provide general support to managers and other departments as required.

Requirements

  • HND/BSc in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3–4 years proven experience in administrative or office management role (preferably in a telecommunications or technical environment).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
