Administrative Officer
Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to support our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and assisting in internal coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and logistics.
- Maintain office filing systems (physical and electronic).
- Handle correspondence, reports, and other documentation.
- Support HR and operational functions as required.
- Monitor inventory and order office supplies when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Must have 2–3 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- NYSC certificate or exemption letter is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong sense of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
