Job Summary
- Responsible for supporting the HR/Admin Manager in managing administrative operations, logistics, staff welfare, and record keeping across the company and subsidiaries.
- Ensures efficient office coordination, compliance, and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist HR/Admin Manager with day-to-day administrative and HR functions.
- Supervise support staff and oversee office logistics, assets, and supplies.
- Maintain staff records, attendance, and leave schedules.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation.
- Manage vendors, contracts, and facility maintenance.
- Prepare periodic admin and logistics reports.
- Coordinate internal communications and staff welfare programs.
Qualification & Experience
- B.Sc. / B.A. in Business Admin, Public Admin, HRM, or related field.
- 2–4 years relevant experience in Administration or HR.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
