Job Summary

  • Responsible for supporting the HR/Admin Manager in managing administrative operations, logistics, staff welfare, and record keeping across the company and subsidiaries.
  • Ensures efficient office coordination, compliance, and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist HR/Admin Manager with day-to-day administrative and HR functions.
  • Supervise support staff and oversee office logistics, assets, and supplies.
  • Maintain staff records, attendance, and leave schedules.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation.
  • Manage vendors, contracts, and facility maintenance.
  • Prepare periodic admin and logistics reports.
  • Coordinate internal communications and staff welfare programs.

Qualification & Experience

  • B.Sc. / B.A. in Business Admin, Public Admin, HRM, or related field.
  • 2–4 years relevant experience in Administration or HR.

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
