Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
- Taking phone calls and answering emails
- Greeting visitors and clients and directing them to the appropriate person
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Inventory management for office supplies
- Handling mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and sending out mail related to travel bookings
- Assisting with travel booking tasks, including inputting data, making reservations, and following up on travel-related inquiries
- Providing support for bookkeeping and accounting duties as needed
- Performing other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- First degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and software
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
