Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Taking phone calls and answering emails
  • Greeting visitors and clients and directing them to the appropriate person
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Inventory management for office supplies
  • Handling mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and sending out mail related to travel bookings
  • Assisting with travel booking tasks, including inputting data, making reservations, and following up on travel-related inquiries
  • Providing support for bookkeeping and accounting duties as needed
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • First degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and software
  • Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
