Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our administrative operations and contribute to the smooth running of our office environment.
- The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to staff across departments.
- Ensure timely maintenance and proper functioning of all office equipment.
- Supervise office cleaners to maintain a clean and professional working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of company vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
- Manage the fueling process and track usage of company pool vehicles.
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports accurately and on time.
- Monitor vehicle usage and maintain relevant logs and documentation.
- Promptly identify and report any defects or issues in office facilities and vehicles.
- Support the Admin Lead in tracking and renewing vehicle documentation.
- Assist in ordering and managing office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Address and coordinate resolution of any issues arising in expatriate residences.
- Collaborate with the Admin Lead to ensure efficient and effective office operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
