Admin Officer (Housekeeping Focus)
Job Summary
- The Admin Officer will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained work environment by overseeing housekeeping operations.
- The position is focused on managing cleaning activities, facility upkeep, and ensuring hygiene standards across company premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper use of cleaning materials, tools, and equipment, while monitoring stock levels and raising requisitions when required.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and report maintenance issues to relevant departments.
- Implement and enforce health, hygiene, and safety standards across all company premises.
- Maintain records of housekeeping operations, inventory, and consumables usage.
- Support administrative functions such as filing, documentation, and vendor liaison related to housekeeping and facility services.
- Respond promptly to housekeeping-related complaints or requests from staff and management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Facility Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in housekeeping supervision, facility management, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
- Good communication and people-management skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
