  • We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Admin & Finance Officer to manage our administrative and financial functions.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and spreadsheets
  • Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Manage the company’s budget, including preparing budget forecasts and monitoring expenditure
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide support for internal audits and external audits
  • Perform other administrative and financial duties as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administration and finance, preferably in the construction industry
  • Professional certification, such as ICAN or ACCA, is an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and financial management software.

Salary
