DUTIES:

• Process cash and travel advances in line with IITA policy.
• Assist in the online calculations of local per diem for NRS.
• Process cash and travel reimbursements.
• Create Accounts Payable prepayment invoices for cash and travel advances.
• Release Accounts Payable invoices encumbrances.
• Attend to travel and claim enquiries.
• Assist in the online calculations of international per diem for both local and internal official trips.
• Assist staff/traveller in the use of the newly deployed i-expense module for advance retirement.
• Review of i-expense claims through oracle.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION:

National Diploma in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration or any other related course. The ideal candidate must have minimum of four (4) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment. Professional Certification in ICAN (Foundation Level) is an added advantage.

• Possess knowledge of Oracle Applications, particularly Accounts Payable and i-Expense modules.
• Demonstrate strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Exhibit integrity, diligence, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Be familiar with Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
