Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus) and professional certifications such as CA or ACCA are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of managing budgets, financial reporting, and audits.
- Proficient in financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle Financials) and advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other financial modeling tools.
- Ability to work independently and head a team.
