Job Summary

• Process accounts payable and Journal transactions.
• Record and reconcile daily accounting transactions in the general ledger.
• Booking of Supplier Invoice after due care of 3 way Match System.
• Input financial data into accounting systems.
• Verify accuracy of data and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Keeping track of the monthly Provisions.
• Provide support for variance analysis
• Communicate with vendors and resolve payment issues.
• Address inquiries from suppliers regarding financial matters.
• Complete Vendor Reconciliations as per process of Company
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in internal and external audits as needed.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
• File and archive financial documents for reference and audit purposes.
• Adhere to the requirements of FSSC, Feed Safety, GMP and QMS as it relates to my job function.

Job Details

• Degree in Accounting
• 3- 5 years of experience in accounts, finance and administration
