Accounts / Admin Executive
- The ideal candidate should have experience working within an hospitality environment/ related role; as well as be able to handle accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures
- Manage inventory accounting for food and beverage supplies
- Support in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
- Maintain employee records, benefits administration, and policy documentation
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies
- Provide support for workplace issues
Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience within the hospitality industry
- Good understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and payroll systems
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
