Description

• We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing accurate financial reports to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and reports.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Reconcile bank statements and oversee daily financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company financial policies.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and relevant financial institutions.
• Monitor and report on accounts receivable and payable.
• Support management with financial analysis and cost control initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Excel).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Nigerian tax laws.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• ICAN or ACCA certification (or in view) is an added advantage.
