Account Officer

Job Description
Strategic:

  • Monitor revenue collecting centers daily.
  • Issue receipts to customers as needed.
  • Assist in debt management.

Operational:

  • Reconcile cashbook with Polaris Bank records.
  • Record daily transactions (accounts payable/receivable).
  • Maintain accounting books.
  • Manage petty cash (disbursement, preparation/maintenance of petty cashbook).
  • Document payment receipts and vouchers.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform other accounts-related tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 – 3 years experience.
