Account Management Specialist
Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Management Specialist in our Abuja office.
- The Account Management Specialist will be responsible for providing customer service and support to clients, managing and growing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
- The Account Management Specialist will also be responsible for analyzing data and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
- Experience in the travel industry would be appreciated
- Experience in the use of GDS is an added advantage
- Vast knowledge of ticket booking and reservation on any GDS is a strong advantage
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Customer satisfaction and account management skills to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and grow customer accounts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, and to resolve customer issues
- Fluency in English and knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
