Account Management Specialist

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Management Specialist in our Abuja office.
  • The Account Management Specialist will be responsible for providing customer service and support to clients, managing and growing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • The Account Management Specialist will also be responsible for analyzing data and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
  • Experience in the travel industry would be appreciated
  • Experience in the use of GDS is an added advantage
  • Vast knowledge of ticket booking and reservation on any GDS is a strong advantage
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Customer satisfaction and account management skills to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and grow customer accounts
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, and to resolve customer issues
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
