Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the spa team, ensuring high standards of service, appearance, and discipline.
  • Oversee daily spa operations: appointments, inventory, cleanliness, staff scheduling, etc.
  • Ensure all clients receive a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
  • Handle staff issues, conflicts, performance reviews, and training with firmness and fairness.
  • Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and facility regulations.
  • Monitor product and supply inventory; liaise with vendors as needed.
  • Report weekly to the CEO with operational updates, issues, and improvements.
  • Uphold the brand’s image and reinforce professional standards within the team.
  • Maintain a calm, firm authority that commands respect while supporting team performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in team or operations management (spa experience is not required).
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; must be firm, confident, and articulate.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Smart, quick thinker, able to make good decisions on the spot.
  • Able to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
  • Respectful yet assertive with staff and clients alike.
  • Proficiency in basic computer tools (emails, spreadsheets, scheduling software).
